Yes. A survey allows us to assess access, volume, parking requirements, and any special handling needs. This ensures the move is planned properly and that the quotation and crew are appropriate for your property.
Ideally two to three weeks in advance, particularly during busy periods such as school holidays and month-ends. However, we can often accommodate short-notice moves depending on availability.
Yes. Access and parking are key parts of our planning. We assess stairs, lifts, narrow streets, and parking restrictions in advance and can assist with arranging permits where required.
Yes. We supply professional packing materials, including strong boxes, protective wrapping, mattress covers, and specialist materials for fragile items. These can be included as part of a packing service or supplied separately.
Yes. All moves include Goods in Transit and Public Liability insurance. Additional cover can be arranged for high-value or specialist items if required.
Yes. We regularly handle items such as pianos, artwork, antiques, and large furniture. These are assessed during the survey so the correct packing methods and equipment are used.
Yes. Short- and long-term storage is available and is often used when moving dates, renovations, or access timings don’t line up. Items are stored securely and delivered when you’re ready.
